أولاَ : نصـــــــــــائح مــهمــة عند بداية دخولك للسوق:


1-دعـــاء دخـــول الــــسوق ....


2 - الاستغفار دائما وأبدا والحمد والشكر لله الكريم على نعمه التي لا تحصى .


3- لا تقدم على عمليات شراء فورية عند نزول السوق .


4- لا تقدم على عمليات بيع فورية عند ارتفاع السوق .


5- دائما اشتر السهم على دفعات بحيث في حالة نزول السهم توجد امكانية للتعديل .


6- تابع سهمك وذلك بمعرفة نقاط الدعم والمقاومة له .



7- اشتر على اشاعة السوق ( القوية ) وبع عند إعلان الخبر .



8- حاول اقتناص الفرص في حالة النزول وفكر في الاسهم الاستثمارية التي لها محفزات والشراء كما قلنا على دفعات .


وتفاءلوا دائما بالخير تجدوه إن شاء الله .


9- دائما شارك وتفاعل معنا بحيث تفيد وتستفيد واعتبر نفسك من رواد المتابعة اللحظية ونحن معك دائما .


10- لا لا لا للبيع بخسارة واذا كنت خائف من السهم بع النصف واشتر في النصف الآخر عند نزول السهم .

اعطى مصرف سورية المركزي الموافقة الأولية على إدراج شركات الصرافة في سوق دمشق , و من المتوقع أن يتم إدراج عدد من شركات الصرافة في البورصة خلال هذا العام.
و بحسب صحيفة "الوطن" , من المتوقع أن يصل عدد الشركات المدرجة في سوق دمشق مع نهاية العام إلى 30 شركة, مع العلم أن عدد شركات الصرافة العاملة في سورية 15 شركة , منها 8 شركات مساهمة عامة ومغلقة.

قامت لجنة الهدم المركزية بمحافظة حلب بهدم أكثر من 300 مخالفة بناء خلال اليومين الماضيين، وذلك تطبيقا لأحكام المرسوم الخاص بمخالفات البناء.
وأوضح محافظ حلب علي أحمد منصورة حسب صحيفة الثورة أن معظم هذه المخالفات كانت تشيد في منطقة البلليرمون غرب حلب، وعلى طريق المتحلق الشمالي ومنطقة السكن الشبابي بالاشرفية، وهي المناطق المخصصة لمؤسسة الاسكان والجمعيات السكنية التي ستقام عليها المشروعات النوعية التي من شأنها تلبية احتياجات أكثر من 13 ألف أسرة.‏
وأوضح المحافظ ان حملة الهدم ستشمل جميع هذه المخالفات وخصوصاً أنها تقام على مساحات واسعة جرى تخصيصها لمؤسسة الاسكان لبناء آلاف الشقق السكنية بما يتناسب مع متطلبات التزايد السكاني ويساهم بالحد من مخالفات السكن العشوائي مؤكداً أنه لن يتم التساهل مع هذه المخالفات التي يتم بناؤها بين عشية وضحاها من خلال ضعفاء النفوس من تجار البناء.‏
بدورها قالت مديرة فرع المؤسسة العامة للاسكان ميادة التنجي بالمحافظة أن المخالفات المذكورة بدأت منذ ثلاثة ايام من خلال تقطيع الأراضي المخصصة للمؤسسة وتسوير بعضها تمهيداَ لبنائها، حيث تم التواصل مع الجهات المعنية بالمحافظة لمعالجة هذه المخالفات، مبينة أن المساحة التي أقيمت عليها هذه المخالفات مخصصة لبناء 6500 مسكن شبابي و1800 مسكن ادخار ولها اضابير قيد الاعلان وذلك ضمن مساحة اجمالية تصل إلى 232 هكتارا لبناء 13000 شقة سكنية من بينها 5500 شقة للجمعيات السكنية، مضيفة أن هناك معلومات عن قيام عدد من ضعفاء النفوس بتقسيم هذه الأراضي وبيع عدد منها إلى بعض المواطنين بقيمة تتراوح بين 25 و 50 الف ليرة.‏
من جانبه بين رئيس لجنة الهدم المركزية محمد العلي أنه تمت الاستعانة بعدد من آليات مديرية الخدمات الفنية مع عناصر من قسم شرطة الشيخ مقصود، موضحاً أنه سيتم هدم جميع هذه المخالفات دون استثناء.‏

علم موقع الاقتصادي من مصدر حكومي أنّ الحكومة الإسبانية ممثلة بمؤسسة الإقراض الرسمية، ومصرف بيلباو الإسباني وافقا على منح الحكومة السورية قرضاً تفوق قيمته 10 مليون يورو خاصاً بتمويل مشروع فرن صهر خردة الرصاص
وعلم الاقتصادي أنّ اتفاقية التمويل قسمت إلى شقين، الأولى قرض قيمته 5.444.360 مليون يورو، وقّعها وزير الصناعة وحاكم مصرف سورية المركزي ممثلين للحكومة السورية مع رئيسة قسم التعاون في مؤسسة الإقراض الرسمية الإسبانية.
والاتفاقية الثانية قرض بنفس القيمة وقعها عن سورية كذلك الأمر، وزير الصناعة وحاكم المصرف المركزي مع مدير عام مصرف بيلباو ومدير قسم القروض في المصرف.
ومن غير المعروف إن كانت هذه القروض ستقدم لسورية بعد فرض عقوبات من قبل الاتحاد الأوروبي على سورية.
وكان رئيس الجمهورية بشار الأسد صادق وبموجب المرسوم التشريعي رقم 59 على الاتفاقيتين في 4 أيار الماضي.
وتأتي سورية في المرتبة 90 من التصنيف العالمي لجهة الدين الخارجي، إذ يبلغ حجم الدين على الناتج القومي 29.8%.
وكان وزير المال السوري السابق محمد الحسين قالفي تصريح صحفي: إن الديون الخارجية لا تتجاوز5 مليار و 500 مليون دولار. مشيراً أن الناتج المحلي الاجمالي هو 60 مليار دولار و ذلك بموجب حسابات عامي 2009 و 2010.
هذا ويتخوف الوسط الاقتصادي والاجتماعي بحسب المحللين والمراقبين من توجه الحكومة للاستدانة من الخارج لما يترتب عليه من فوائد ديون وزيادة تكاليف لتأمين أموال حين السداد.

نقل موقع سيريانيوز عن أحد العاملين في الشركة المالكة للسفينة السورية "أم خالد محي الدين كاي" أن القراصنة الصوماليين أفرجوا عنها بعد أكثر من 4 أشهر على احتجازها مقابل فدية مالية وصلت إلى 150 مليون ليرة سورية.
وكانت السفينة المخطوفة على متنها 22 سورياً و3 مصريين متجهة من سنغافورة إلى اليمن.
وجاءت حادثة الاختطاف بعد شهر من تعرض السفينة السورية "اورنا" على متنها 18 بحارا سوريا إلى اختطاف على يد قراصنة صوماليين في شمال شرق جزر سيشل الإفريقية.

أغلقت سوق دمشق للأوراق المالية عند قيمة تداول وصلت إلى 36 مليون و778 ألف و714 ليرة بواقع 264 صفقة.
ورست الأسهم المرتفعة على بنك سورية والخليج وبنك قطر الوطني والبنك العربي وبنك فرنسبنك وشركة العقيلة للتأمين التكافلي
في حين كانت الأسهم الأكثر انخفاضاً هي لبنك بيبلوس وبنك الشرق والمجموعة المتحدة للنشر والإعلان والتسويق UG وبنك سورية الدولي الإسلامي والمصرف الدولي للتجارة والتمويل

أصدر وزير النقل فيصل العباس تعميماً الى مديرات النقل في المحافظات يتضمن ـ حسب صحيفة الثورة ـ اعتماد نسبة نفاذية الضوء VLT لكافة زجاج المركبات الآلية وفق المعايير التالية:
الزجاج الأمامي: يسمح بطبقة تظليل بما يعادل 4-6 أنشات على الزجاج الأمامي وبعرض لا يتجاوز 15٪ من ارتفاع الزجاج، النوافذ الجانبية الأمامية: 70٪ النوافذ الجانبية الخلفية 70٪ مع امكانية التسامح بـ5٪، الزجاج الخلفي 65٪ مع امكانية التسامج بـ5٪ .‏
وتم ابلاع كافة اللجان الفاحصة الموجودة في الأمانات الجمركية للتثبت مما ورد أعلاه عند تنظيم محاضر الفحص الفني للمركبات المراد وضعها بالاستهلاك المحلي والمزودة بزجاج ملون وعلى مسؤوليتها بالتنسيق مع باقي أعضاء اللجنة من الجمارك ومؤسسة التجارة الخارجية.‏

خطاب للرئيس الأسد خلال يومين

قالت مصادر موثوقة أن الرئيس السوري بشار الأسد سيلقي خطاباً خلال اليومين المقبلين يُعلن فيه عن تشكيل لجنة من سبعة أشخاص للإعداد لمؤتمر وطني سوري هدفه محاولة إيجاد حل للأزمة التي تمر بها سورية منذ نحو عشرة أسابيع
وقالت المصادر لـ آكي إن اللجنة ستكون برئاسة فاروق الشرع نائب رئيس الجمهورية وعضوية اثنين من أعضاء القيادة القطرية لحزب البعث الحاكم واثنين من الجبهة الوطنية التقدمية المؤتلفة مع البعث وثلاثة من المستقلين، وستكون مهمتها الإعداد للمؤتمر الوطني المنشود الذي سيدعى إليه حياديون ومستقلون بأسمائهم الشخصية دون أن يكونوا ممثلين عن أي أحزاب أو فئات سياسية أو معارضة
ووفقاً للمصادر، فإنه من المفروض أن يعمل المؤتمر على تحديد ملامح التعديلات الدستورية المرتقبة وقانون الأحزاب وقانون المطبوعات وقانون الانتخابات التشريعية والقوانين الإصلاحية الأخرى
وعلى ذلك فمن المرجح تأجيل انتخابات مجلس الشعب التي ستجري خلال بضعة أسابيع إلى إشعار آخر ريثما ينتهي المؤتمر الوطني من أعماله، مع أن مشروع القانون المتعلق بالانتخاب الذي كلفت به لجنة خاصة انتهى الآن ووضع على مواقع إلكترونية لمناقشته.

و أظهرت الإفصاحات المالية الأولية للشركة أن حصة المؤسسة العامة للاتصالات من الإيرادات بلغت نحو 28.4مليار ليرة، مضافاً إليها مصاريف الترابط الشبكي مع المؤسسة، وأن ضريبة الدخل التي ترتبت على سيريتل في العام الماضي بلغت نحو 1.751 مليار ليرة، ليكون بذلك صافي الربح المتحقق نحو 8.469 مليارات ليرة بزيادة تبلغ نحو ملياري ليرة وبنسبة نمو تبلغ تخطت 30% مقارنة مع العام 2009.

ليس ذلك فحسب بل وابتداءً من دورة الفوترة التي تلي الدورة المعفاة وريثما تعود الخدمة لوضعها الأمثل, سيتم إعفاء كافة مشتركي سيرف من رسم الباقة الشهري بشكل كامل واعتماد آلية الفوترة "حسب الاستهلاك" ,حيث تم اختيار أرخص سعر للميغابايت بين الباقات وهو 0.5 ل.س ليتم اعتماده كأساس للفوترة لكل المشتركين في كل الباقات.

على سبيل المثال: سيتم إعفاء المشترك من تسديد قيمة الفاتورة للفترة الواقعة ما بين 16/04/2011 و 15/05/2011 ومن ثم البدء باحتساب 0.5 ل.س للميغابايت الواحد وذلك ابتداءً من تاريخ 16/05/2011 ، مع إعفاء المشترك من قيمة الاشتراك الشهري.
وستطبق هذه الآلية على باقي دورات الفوترة المذكورة في الجدول أعلاه.

ليلاتي لـ«الوطن»: إعادة النظر بالرسم الاستهلاكي على الذهب

أكد وزير المالية الدكتور محمد جليلاتي لـ«الوطن» أنه منذ أكثر من عشر سنوات لم يدخل إلى سورية بشكل رسمي ولا حتى كيلو غرام واحد من الذهب، وإنما عبر التهريب.
وأشار جليلاتي في رده على سؤال «الوطن» حول رأي الوزارة بمطالب الجمعية الحرفية للصاغة المطروحة منذ عدة سنوات إلى أن مطالب الجمعية كإلغاء الرسوم على الذهب الخام بعد السماح باستيراده، وكذلك فرض رسوم جمركية على الذهب المستورد المصنع جميعها قيد الدراسة لافتاً إلى أن الوزارة حالياً بصدد تشكيل لجنة لهذا الغرض وذلك بعد مراجعة أعضاء في الجمعية للوزارة قدموا خلالها مذكرة وضعت قيد الدراسة وستصدر قريباً.
وأكد الوزير ضرورة إيجاد آليات تسمح بتخفيض الرسوم الجمركية، أي عبر آلية معينة لرسم الإنفاق الاستهلاكي على هذه المادة بالذات.
وأكد الوزير أن متابعة هذا الموضوع «تحتاج بالفعل إلى إجراءات دقيقة ولذلك ستعمل الوزارة على إيجاد الآلية المناسبة لمعالجتها».

بعد توقف الخدمة.. سيرتيل تعفي مشتركي ثري جي من الفاتورة

قالت شركة سيريتل للاتصالات أنها ستعفي مشتركي انترنت الجيل الثالث ( 3G سيرف ) من الفاتورة الخاصة بفترة توقف الخدمة، وذلك حسب دورة الفوترة لكل مشترك. وابتداءً من دورة الفوترة التي تلي الدورة المعفاة ريثما تعود الخدمة لوضعها الأمثل, سيتم إعفاء كافة مشتركي سيرف من رسم الباقة الشهري بشكل كامل واعتماد آلية الفوترة "حسب الاستهلاك" ,اذ اصبح سعر الميغابايت بين الباقات 0.5 ل.س ليتم اعتماده كأساس للفوترة لكل المشتركين في كل الباقات.
